Grand Avenue Homes is a custom home building company founded by a mechanical engineer and designer with a shared passion for design and craftsmanship. Uriel, a Fredericksburg native, and his wife Dara launched the business in late 2020 after spotting opportunity—and inspiration—while visiting family. What began as a single spec home project has since grown into a pursuit of quality, thoughtful residential construction across the Texas Hill Country.
With deep roots in engineering and design, we take a hands-on approach from concept to completion. We design our own floor plans, incorporating smart, functional layouts with elevated interior details. Our background in architectural planning allows us to customize every build to meet the unique vision of our clients, while maintaining the quality and character that defines Grand Avenue Homes.
